Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Old Town and local dining options. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and several reviews mentioned clean and comfortable rooms. However, noise was a significant issue for some, with complaints about loud air conditioning, events, and housekeeping. The elevators were also a recurring problem, with frequent mentions of long wait times or out-of-service units. While the ambiance and amenities like the pool received positive feedback, some guests felt the hotel was dated and questioned the value for price, particularly due to resort fees and outdated facilities.AI-Generated from customer reviews
